The objective of Grameen Pahredar Mission Foundation is to prevent night time thefts and other crimes in villages. While it is being run by the government, I am also careful to promote the mission. So that people can keep their houses safe at night and prevent Chauri and other crimes, the government has entrusted the work to different foundations in different states to fulfill this mission. In Uttar Pradesh it will be the responsibility of the foundation to provide the people with the duty of guarding the villages at night.

1. Rural guards are the first category A employees of the police.
2. The duty of the village watchman is to monitor and guard the town.
3. It will be mandatory for the guards to report criminal activities to the police station.
4. The guards will be provided mobile phones, uniforms, batons and whistles by the foundation. Which will be paid by the guard himself.
5. Police verification from the concerned police station and character certificate on letter head from the head and 8th mark sheet are mandatory for the watchman.
6. The guard will be placed on duty. If he is found to have committed any mistake or committed theft or is not performing his duty, Grameen Guard Mission will have the right to terminate his service.
7. The age of guard should be at least 18 years to 40 years.
8. The guard should know how to lift and move loaded objects.
9. Gramin Pehredar Mission Foundation has been operated with inspiration from the Prime Minister.
10. Whatever fund will be given to the foundation by the Government of India and whatever money will be collected by the foundation will be used in social work which can bring prosperity to the country of India.
11. Whatever is maintained by the government will have to remain in its original condition and the one who will be maintained by the foundation will have to follow the order of that rule.
